Developer partners Segro and Whitbread have received detailed planning permission for an 80-bedroom Premier Inn hotel and Beefeater Grill restaurant in Uxbridge.
Work is set to start on the scheme in July and is the final phase of development at the 16,000sq m 501 Riverside Way site, which is home to companies such as Bosch, Manpower, Monster Energy, Kommerling UK and Aristocrat Technologies.
Around 60 jobs will be created at the hotel and restaurant once it completed. It will also offer business amenities such as meeting rooms and conference facilities alongside an outside seating area and parking for the hotel.
Public open space will also be created, with a new riverside footpath and improved access to nearby green space for customers and hotel guests.
Segro also has planning permission for a 2,455sq m industrial unit at Riverside Way, which will target companies involved with urban distribution, trade counters, light industrial and warehouse facilities.
Alan Holland, Segro's business unit director for Greater London, said: "Together with our new industrial unit, the development will revitalise the high quality environment of Riverside Way, and boost the availability of business amenity space, enhancing its attractiveness to local businesses and prospective customers.
Work is scheduled for completion by June 2015.
