Annington rental units completed

Developer St Modwen has sold 207 private rented sector units at its 1,300-home mixed-use regeneration project at St Andrew's Park, Uxbridge, to housing association Annington.
The £75 million sale will speed up the delivery of future phases of the St Andrew's Park scheme and release capital to invest in build-for-sale homes in the scheme.
The Triangle development is a 249-apartment complex spread over four blocks, with 42 units earmarked for affordable housing, to be managed by Catalyst Housing.
St Andrew's Park is on the site of the former RAF Uxbridge base, which includes the Battle of Britain Bunker. The Triangle forms part of St Modwen's extension works to Uxbridge town centre within St. Andrew's Park.
With new offices and a commercial centre proposed, it is expected that the scheme could create around 1,000 jobs in the area.
Tim Seddon, property director, south east at St Modwen, said: "This forward sale is a very significant milestone for this transformational scheme, as it accelerates the supply of much-needed homes while enabling us to release more land for homes for private sale as we deliver on the overall St Andrew's Park vision.
"Annington will provide further diversification of homes and tenures within the St Andrew's Park community."
The topping-out ceremony of the Triangle with contractor Galliford Try took place in February 2018, and the units are scheduled for completion in stages throughout 2019.
